We ship your order with various courier services like Blue dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, India Post, Shadow fax, Shree Anjani Courier etc. It takes around 4-6 working days for shipping, however this timeline is tentative and may vary as per specific order requirements. All delivery timelines shown anywhere on the website, app, emails or other modes are estimates only, we do not guarantee the same. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text message. Since the products that have been bought by you are personalized, there would be no return of the same. However, the products that you buy goes through quality check and if there is any issue with respect to the product, we will rectify it subject to certain terms and conditions stated in the replacement policy.
